If you want inexpensive, high quality dental care, the place to go is eastern Europe, especially Hungary. Hungarian dental schools turn out highly qualified dentists, and "dental tourism" is a large and growing business. Mexico is another place with a lot of dental tourism. A substantial number of Mexican dentists have been trained in the US. Of course, the Mexican political situation is "unsettled" to say the least, so that's a possible problem.
