If health care is so great in the USA why in the hell IS Americans ?

I have many friends and acquaintances who do this very same thing, because they can't afford the co-pays and deductibles required to get services here in the US.Now that Obama is taking the public option off the table to please the Republicans, he is replacing it with health insurance co-ops. Now how is that going to work? Most of us can't get insurance because of preexisting conditions, or we just can't afford the premiums.Has anyone ever done the math on this?
