2003 Honda CR-VVSA (traction control) ON/ OFF?

I have a 2003 Honda CR-V and i wish to turn the VSA or traction control off. I heard something about it being mixed up in the RT-4WD, if i could turn both off (temporarily of course) that would be ideal.
Possible? how?
